That's me

tl_files/art/Bilder News/Foto Homepage.jpg   Jasmine Ghenzi, born 1962 attended primary school in Zurich. In 1975 the family emigrated to the western provinces of Canada. After stays in Saskatoon, Weyburn, Edmonton and yearly summer holidays on the family owned farm in Francis, the family returned to Switzerland in 1978.

After taking various courses, Jasmine devotes herself to painting autodidact. The style of art includes naturalistic as well as abstract paintings.

Various study trips to Egypt, Bali, Greece, Thailand and Italy and the ongoing interaction with the different cultures often give the artist new impulses. Ideas, visions and dreams then find their way on paper as sketches.

The creation process to the pieces of art is based on her imagination, spontaneity and passion. Through experimenting with alternating compositions, materials and forms, works of radiant chromaticity come into life.
